Depends on the Day

I don’t remember where I read this, but the quote has stuck with me:

“Do I look like Jesus who was killed by this world, or do I look like the world that killed Jesus?”

Sadly, for me, it depends on the day.

Some days I reflect light.

Other days I reflect everything but.

But I catch myself.

Or at least, I try to.

I’m a work in progress.

I guess we all are.

Some days, the progress is easier to see.

Some days ... Lord, give me strength!
